
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
A. RMA # MUST ACCOMPANY RETURN
- An RMA number must be assigned by a Customer Service Rep within 14 days of the product shipment.
- The RMA must then be put on the mailing label and on the copy of the original invoice when being returned.
Please do not write on any boxes or packaging.
- Packages received without an RMA number will be refused.
- This RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
B. PROCESS
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Credit will be applied to your Credit Card, by refund check, or to net account based on how it was paid for.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
C. RESTRICTIONS
- Product returns must be returned with all original packaging (including box, end caps, manuals, warranty cards,
etc).
- Returns must have no physical damage or alterations. Any damage could result in the item being returned with
no refund being given.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
D. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- Printers – New and Renewed
- Manuals
- All refurbished products
- Consumables must be unopened
WARRANTY RETURNS – DEFECTIVES
A. WARRANTY PERIOD
- All new products are covered by the original Manufacturer’s Warranty.
- All factory-refurbished products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
B. PROCESS
- RMA must be obtained by call 1-800-444-4060.
- Package must be complete. Any materials that the item came with or was packaged in must be included with the
return.
- RMA must be received by AGSON, Inc. within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.
- Items will be REPLACED only. No credits will be given for defective merchandise (unless a replacement is
unavailable due to inventory or obsolete).
- Advance replacement of defective items will be charged. Upon receipt of RMA, credit will be given
EXCEPTION:
Printers – within first 30 days AGSON, Inc. will either repair or replace (Depending upon availability)
Reminder of warranty period, please contact the manufacturer’s authorized repair center for a no charge repair.
C. SHIPPING ERRORS
- Please inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.
- All claims of shortages or mis-shipments must be made to AGSON, Inc. within 7 days of the receipt of the
shipment.
- AGSON, Inc. will promptly ship out correct items and issue an UPS ARS label for the return of any incorrect
items.
D. DAMAGED SHIPMENT/CONCEALED DAMAGES
- Please inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.
- In the event of a damaged shipment, please contact AGSON, Inc. so that a claim can be initiated with the carrier.
- Keep all packaging materials for possible field inspection by the carrier.
- A replacement package will be shipped immediately (providing inventory is available).
