RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURNS FOR CREDIT

A. RMA # MUST ACCOMPANY RETURN

  1. An RMA number must be assigned by a Customer Service Rep within 14 days of the product shipment.
  2. The RMA must then be put on the mailing label and on the copy of the original invoice when being returned. Please do not write on any boxes or packaging.
  3. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused.
  4. This RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
B. PROCESS
  1. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Credit will be applied to your Credit Card, by refund check, or to net account based on how it was paid for.
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
C. RESTRICTIONS
  1. Product returns must be returned with all original packaging (including box, end caps, manuals, warranty cards, etc).
  2. Returns must have no physical damage or alterations. Any damage could result in the item being returned with no refund being given.
  3. All returns must be made within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
D. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
  1. Printers – New and Renewed
  2. Manuals
  3. All refurbished products
  4. Consumables must be unopened
WARRANTY RETURNS – DEFECTIVES

A. WARRANTY PERIOD
  1. All new products are covered by the original Manufacturer’s Warranty.
  2. All factory-refurbished products are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
B. PROCESS
  1. RMA must be obtained by call 1-800-444-4060.
  2. Package must be complete. Any materials that the item came with or was packaged in must be included with the return.
  3. RMA must be received by AGSON, Inc. within 30 days of the RMA# being issued.
  4. Items will be REPLACED only. No credits will be given for defective merchandise (unless a replacement is unavailable due to inventory or obsolete).
  5. Advance replacement of defective items will be charged. Upon receipt of RMA, credit will be given
EXCEPTION:
Printers – within first 30 days AGSON, Inc. will either repair or replace (Depending upon availability) Reminder of warranty period, please contact the manufacturer’s authorized repair center for a no charge repair.

C. SHIPPING ERRORS
  1. Please inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.
  2. All claims of shortages or mis-shipments must be made to AGSON, Inc. within 7 days of the receipt of the shipment.
  3. AGSON, Inc. will promptly ship out correct items and issue an UPS ARS label for the return of any incorrect items.
D. DAMAGED SHIPMENT/CONCEALED DAMAGES
  1. Please inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.
  2. In the event of a damaged shipment, please contact AGSON, Inc. so that a claim can be initiated with the carrier.
  3. Keep all packaging materials for possible field inspection by the carrier.
  4. A replacement package will be shipped immediately (providing inventory is available).
